It Doesn’t Look Like An Underground Carpark!
The huge amounts of soil which have been removed from the site of the new Shopping Complex in Rawson St has left this large hole in the ground which is the future underground carpark. It now seems a further retail site is to be included in the future development of Bellvista when Stockland plans to add at least 500 lots for sale to the south of the estate beside Unity College playing grounds and to the College’s south. The new retail complex should complement the complex being built in Rawson St.
