Naming Parks On The Bellvista Estate

BeCA has contacted the SCRC regarding processes communities may use to 'name' parks. We have several picturesque parks and relaxation areas on our estate. These areas are not named. New Web Presence For BeCA

BeCA is looking at creating a website so it can effectively communicate with all members of the Bellvista Community. It is hoping to employ the assistance of Unity College in this as a possible Student Assignment for their IT classes. Stockland is prepared to fund having the new site put on the web.

Next Meeting, March 23rd

The next meeting of the Bellvista Community Association will be held at the Stockland Land Sales Office at 6:30 pm for a 6:45 pm start on Monday March 23rd.

Marc Wilkinson, Stockland's Project Director for Caloundra Downs has been invited to speak and outline plans for future development in our area by Stockland.

All interested members of the Bellvista Community are welcome to attend.

It is expected the next BeCA Newsletter will be distributed early February.
